Tyler Wilke, Vice Chairman 

Mr. Wilke is a long-standing resident of McHenry County.  He and his family are the proud proprietors of Wilke Farms.  Their family-owned business focuses on family values and quality over quantity.  They produce agricultural products that are used locally and throughout the world.

​

Having spent his formative years attending Faith Lutheran High School, Mr. Wilke graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy from Hillsdale College.  Following that he attended law school at Drake University, graduating cum laude, and in the spring of 2019,
Mr. Wilke was admitted to the Illinois Bar. 

  

Mr. Wilke is a member of the American Agricultural Law Association, Illinois Farm Bureau, and currently is the Vice President of McHenry County Fair Board. Additionally, he is a University
of Illinois Extension Council Advisory Member - Unit 3, a member of the Illinois Drainage District Association.

 

While Mr. Wilke’s practice specialties include Agricultural Law, Real Estate, Civil Litigation, Zoning, Contracts, and Estate Planning, he is most content when he’s working on the farm and interacting with the community at large.

Marty Mohr, Secretary

Mr. Mohr is an eight-year resident of McHenry County.  He currently holds the elected position of Precinct Committeeman in Marengo Precinct 4.

​

Mr. Mohr’s history of volunteerism is long and vast.  He is the President of the Marengo Park District Board of Commissioners as well as a member of the Marengo Park District Foundation Board and holds a seat on the McHenry County Community Development and Block Grant Commission.  Furthermore, Mr. Mohr is a volunteer with the American Red Cross Disaster Action Team, and as a volunteer firefighter in Bedford Township, Michigan for 12 years he held the rank of Captain. He also served as President of the Lambertville Firefighters Association for several years.

As a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Marengo, Mr. Mohr is a member of the Knights of Columbus Sacred Heart Council 13476.  Since 1994, Mr. Mohr has served in numerous leadership roles, including Grand Knight, as a member of the Knights of Columbus in several Councils across the country.

Mr. Mohr is currently employed as Vice President, Risk Management for a large civil construction company and owns Mohr Safety, LLC where he conducts safety and risk management training and consulting in the construction industry.

Tim Beck, Treasurer

Mr. Beck grew up on a dairy farm in north-central Iowa.  Graduating high school in a class of only forty-nine students, Mr. Beck went on to graduate from Drake University with a degree in accounting and became a CPA.  

 

Mr. Beck joined the audit practice of Arthur Andersen LLP in their Chicago operating office.  Within five years, he had successfully transferred to the firm’s world headquarters, where he held several senior financial positions. 

 

In 2002 Mr. Beck retired from Arthur Andersen.  He joined a small CPA firm in Libertyville and became a part-time Chief Financial Officer for several of the firm’s small business clients.  Mr. Beck currently holds two part-time positions.  One with a local manufacturer in Woodstock, and the other, a technology company in Schaumburg.  Mr. Beck and his wife, Dyanne, moved to McHenry in 2003.  Their daughter, son-in-law, and two granddaughters live in Northbrook.
